New Client Establishment Information

We are currently accepting new clients on a limited basis as availability allows. This means some days or weeks we will be unable to schedule new clients.

We are a one doctor practice. In order to provide a high level of care, we have a strict limit of how many patients we can see each day. Please be understanding and respectful to our staff. Disrespectful or abusive behavior and language will not be tolerated.

You are considered a new client if we have not seen your pets within the past 4 years.

When scheduling your first appointment, please be aware that we require a deposit of $80 paid at the time of scheduling your appointment. This is prepayment for the exam fee. We cannot schedule or hold any appointments until the deposit is paid.

We do not accept payment plans or delayed billing.
