Please note that new client appointment requests will NOT be accepted via email or contact form. A $75 deposit is required for all new client visits and must be paid at the time of scheduling either over the phone or in person.

Our office is located in McMinnville, OR, on the northwest corner of Third & Irvine Streets, across from the 7-Eleven convenience store.
